Vacation to New Zealand and Fiji was magical

Lisa and I took the boys to New Zealand and Fiji during their "Ski Week" from school. I didn't have Ski Week when growing up, but I had no problem making up for lost time. We flew to Auckland, New Zealand and traveled across the country for about 10 days, then relaxed on the beach in Fiji for four more days to end the trip. We rode jet boats, river rafts, small planes, helicopters, luge sleds, Zorbs, gondolas, trains, moving sidewalks, catamarans, kayaks, surfboards, boogie boards and many others forms of transportation.

The highlight of my trip was the flight from Queenstown to Milford Sound on a small six passenger airplane. Not far behind was our car ride up highway 6 from Queenstown to the West Coast of New Zealand. I've never seen more beautiful country or more water in my life. Drove past numerous incredible lakes and countless streams, rivers and waterfalls. I was blown away by the beauty of the rugged and unspoiled country. We can't wait to go back!
